Tanice Donaldson is a dedicated wellness Educator bringing over 20 years of expertise in leadership, coaching, and personal development. Tanice developed a deep, personal commitment to mental health and wellness early in her career, which has fueled her passion for supporting diverse communities. 

Tanice has a master's degree in Education with a focus on community wellness with additional certifications in Mental Health and substance use, trauma-informed care, emotional intelligents and self-regulation.

Throughout her career, she has held various impactful roles, including Executive Director, Crisis Responder, Group Facilitator, Coach, and College Instructor. 

As a Consultant, Tanice partners with individuals to foster a sense of belonging, offering individualized support and strategies tailored to their unique needs. Her consulting reflects her belief in the power of evidence-based practices to foster meaningful growth and development while meeting each individual where they are. ​
